Community Guidelines & Terms of Use

KOLGod is live, interactive and human — a real person streams their life and the crowd shapes it. That only works if everyone is safe. By using KOLGod (web or app) you agree to these rules. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.

What's never allowed

Harassment, hate speech, threats, or bullying — in chat, challenges, goals, or streams.
Sexual content involving minors, non-consensual content, or sexual content outside clearly-marked 18+ rooms.
Challenges or dares that put anyone in danger, are illegal, or target unwilling third parties.
Violence, self-harm, animal abuse, or their promotion.
Doxxing or sharing anyone's private information.
Spam, scams, impersonation, or manipulation of the coin economy.

Streamers may decline any challenge and remove any viewer from their room. Declining an unsafe dare always refunds the coins.

18+ content

Adult streams must be declared 18+ by the streamer. They are age-gated, hidden from viewers who haven't opted in, and still subject to every rule above.

Reporting & enforcement

Every stream and every chat message can be reported in one tap (⚑ on the stream, or tap a username). Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours. Consequences: content removal, room bans, account termination. Streamers can instantly remove abusive viewers from their room.

Your content

You own what you create. By streaming or posting on KOLGod you grant us a license to display and distribute it inside the service. We may remove any content that breaks these rules — we filter objectionable content and eject users who post it.

Coins

Coins are a virtual item for tipping, voting and challenges inside KOLGod. During the beta, coins have no cash value.
